Refund policy

Subscriptions

You can cancel any time from your account page. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for, and you are not charged again. We do not refund partial months.

Prepaid minutes

Unused prepaid minutes can be refunded within 14 days of purchase, including minutes bought by automatic top-up. Email us with the purchase date. Minutes already used are not refunded.

Problems on our side

Failed transcriptions are not charged. If the service was unavailable or did not work for you in a way that cost you minutes or money, email us and we will make it right, with credit or a refund.

How to ask

Email [email protected] from the address on your account. Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe and usually arrive within 5 to 10 business days.
