How minutes are counted
- By the second of audio you send, not rounded up to minutes.
- Plan minutes go first, then prepaid minutes, oldest first.
- When you run out, requests stop with a clear error. Nothing is charged automatically unless you turn on automatic top-up.
- Failed transcriptions are free.
- Speaker labels (who said what) cost nothing extra; turn them on per request.
- Plan minutes reset on your billing date each month and don't carry over.
Billing
- You pay when you subscribe, and the plan renews on that date each month.
- Upgrade any time: you pay the difference for the rest of the period and get the bigger allowance at once.
- Move to a smaller plan from your next renewal. Nothing is refunded for the current period.
- Cancel any time from your account; the plan runs to the end of the period.
- Stripe handles payments, so we never see your card number. Prices are in US dollars.
